Meet Ben

Many individuals and businesses who suffer a physical or financial injury don’t know where to turn or how to go about getting justice. In these situations, you can rely on Ben’s litigation experience in Louisiana state and appellate courts to get the results that you deserve.

Ben has the experience you need.

Prior to joining the firm, Ben’s practice focused on insurance defense litigation where he handled numerous cases representing insurance companies and their policy holders.  Now, Ben is committed to using his knowledge and skill to help individuals, small businesses and medical providers who have suffered damages.  Drawing on his years of experience in and out of the courtroom, Ben is able to help you structure your case for a better chance of success in settlement negotiations and at trial. His insight can serve as a pivotal component of your legal strategy.

A different kind of attorney: Accessible, Approachable, and Responsive.

When you work with an attorney, you need someone you can trust and someone you can rely on throughout the entire litigation process.

Ben will provide an honest evaluation of the merits of your case and when it makes sense to pursue your claims in court, you will find it easy to work with him. He strives to be the kind of attorney you are not afraid to call when you have questions. And he knows that your goal is probably to keep things moving. That’s why he is always responsive to your questions and will keep you up to date on the status of your case.

Ben gives back.

When not advocating for clients, Ben is active in the legal community including his involvement with the Baton Rouge Bar Association and the Louisiana Bar Foundation. Through those associations, Ben has made a pledge to promote fairness in the courts and reasonable access to the justice system for all.

Ben is also a parishioner of St. James Episcopal Church in Baton Rouge and when not practicing law can be found spending time with his family and friends, playing golf and cheering on LSU.
